Hi, my name is Nelson Díaz, I'm 30 years old. My day usually starts quite early. I wake up at 5:30 a.m; I get up, usually I pray, always I have some coffee before breakfast, sometimes, at 6:00 a.m; I walk my dogs, at 6:30 a.m; I have breakfast, I go to the bathroom, I get undressed and then, I take a shower, I get dressed, I brush my teeth and at 7:30 a.m; I go to work walking, always I have some coffee before I start working, at 12:00 p.m; always I go to home by taxi, I have lunch, sometimes I take a nap and at 1:00 p.m; I get up, I brush my teeth, always I have some coffee before going to work and at 1:45 p.m. I go to work walking, again I have some coffee, at 6:00 p.m; I go to home walking, usually at 6:30 p.m; I'm ready to go to the gym, hardly ever I have dinner, I get undressed then, I take shower, I brush my teeth, I get dressed my pijama, I read a book and at 10:00 p.m; finally, I pray and I go to bed.

I work on my tasks, I check my earrings, I bathe and I fix at 5:00. At 5:45 am, my son David is ready to go to school. I'm getting my son Manuel to go to school at 6:15. Sometimes I start my work traveling to the municipalities at 8:00. Sometimes I start my work in my house. I almost always have lunch at my house with my children at 1:00 p.m. I often go to the bank branch at 2:30 p.m. Sometimes I move to the farm at 5 pm. I bring food to the animals and check the work. Normally I finish my work at 6 pm but sometimes I stay until 7 pm, after work I sometimes ride a bicycle with my brother and friends for 2 hours and usually arrive home at 9:30 pm; finally at 10 pm I go to bed.

My work routine start to 8 ,i have to buy and take my breakfast to 9 am. my day is ending at 7 p.m, when, i get home, removes my work clothes and I use my sports dress to run from 12 km approximately, after finishing, take another shower and I am ready to sleep at 11 p.m.
